You’ve probably never tasted a snack as delicious as these paleo air fryer maple candied pecans. They are irresistibly tasty and highly addicting. Best of all, these candied pecans are healthy for you, so you can indulge in these delicious candied pecans without all of the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted grass-fed butter, melted

  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 1/2 cups pecans

Directions

  • Program your air fryer to 300°F for 5 minutes.
  • Whisk the butter and maple syrup in a bowl.
  • Add vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and stir to combine.
  • Place in the pecans into the bowl and stir to coat them in the maple syrup mixture.
  • Place the pecans into the air fryer’s basket and cook them for 5 minutes. Toss the pecans and cook them for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Place the pecans onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and let them cool completely.
