Air fryer cranberry-glazed chicken wings are the perfect way to welcome the holiday season. They are sweet, smoky, festive, flavorful, and ready in under an hour.

Every year, I make a big batch of cranberry jam, which means I have to find new ways to use it up.

While I love slathering it on a piece of bread or homemade biscuits, I get tired of eating the same thing over and over again. So I figured, why not combine two of my favorite things: chicken wings and cranberry jam?

Ingredients

Here are the ingredients you need to make these tasty wings:

  • Chicken Wings: I used whole chicken wings and cut them into the drums and flats. I like to leave the wing tips on the flats, but you can cut them off if you want to.
  • Cranberry Jam: I used my homemade cranberry jam. But you can use store-bought jam.
  • Deep Smoke Liquid Seasoning: This ingredient gives the wings a rich, deep smoky flavor.

Tips For Making Cranberry Glazed Chicken Wings

These cranberry-glazed chicken wings are pretty easy to make. Here are a few tips that will make your wings taste even better:

  • Always pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Dry wings = crispy wings. If you don’t pat them dry, they won’t crisp up.
  • Cook the chicken wings in batches. It’s going to take a little longer, but the wings will cook evenly and have the crispy, perfect texture.
  • Use what you have. If you don’t have sugar-free ketchup, regular ketchup, or store-bought cranberry jam works just fine. You can even use cranberry sauce in place of cranberry jam.

These wings are great hot out of the air fryer or reheated the next day. Serve them with a simple salad, cornbread muffins, yellow rice, or roasted veggies.
